We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time of your purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

In no event shall Chimneysmok’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Chimneysmok’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination
